Woah, you're thinking... that link in my Blog entry above is totally cool.  How'd I do that?  Well...

 

Messages supports a simple, URL-based API to send a message to any Spaces user by Space alias.  You can optionally specify a text subject and an HTML body.

 

Just put a link like this anywhere:

 

Change the space alias and subject to whatever you'd like.

 

A message body can specified by adding a "wxp_body" parameter.  You can also specify a return URL (like your Space) using the "wx_ru" parameter.
